CHARTER PROMISE
P1

Ensure that property tax bills are sent to taxpayers no later than within 3 weeks after the beginning of each term.

P2

Process each claims bills efficiently, quickly and fairly within 14 working days provided that all documents are complete as required. Any delays and difficulties in service, we will notify the reasons for the matter and promise to solve the matter within a short period.

P3(i)

Issuing the licence within a day for non high-risk category from the date of receipt if the documents are complete and in accordance with the conditions.

P3(ii)

Issuing the licence within 14 days for high-risk category from the date of receipt if the documents are complete and in accordance with the conditions.

Processing Transfer within 7 days if the documents / payments required are complete.

Support the issuance of a Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) for housing projects, factories, shops within 2 weeks of receipt of the application form upon receiving certification from all technical agencies involved.

Providing results pertaining additional house renovation process and repair within a month, provided that the application meets the requirements of Uniform Building By-Law1984.

P7

Processing completed development applications one by one for Planning Permission Plan / Amendment Approval Plan, Landscape Plan and Earthwork, Road & Drainage Plan within 57 days from the date of application to be forwarded to the attention of OSC committee.

Processing completed development applications one by one for Building Plans, Building Plans Temporary Permit and Building Plan / Extension within 69 days from the date of application to be forwarded to the attention of OSC committee.

Processing the Development application simultaneously which completed within 111 days from the receipt of the application until it is taken into consideration by the OSC committee.
