The second Vaccination Center (PPV) has been fully operational since 6 June 2021 at Dewan Tunku Ibrahim Ismail, Pekan Nanas.
Until 10 June 2021, the first 1590 doses were given to the residents of Pontian district for the second phase of the vaccine, which is for the elderly phase. The Malaysian Ministry of Health estimates that 400 doses will be given daily.
