PONTIAN DISTRICT LEVEL NATIONAL SPORTS DAY CELEBRATION IN 2021
Tuan Mohd Ezzuddin bin Sanusi, Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Pontian had the opportunity to attend the Opening Ceremony of the National Sports Day Celebration at the Pontian district level at the official residence of Tuan Pegawai Daerah Pontian.
The Opening Ceremony was completed by Ybhg. Tuan Haji Mohd Rafi bin Abdullah, Pontian District Officer, and was also attended by Ybhg. Mrs. Noor Faezah binti Md. Esa, Pontian District Land Administrator; Ybhg. Encik Sidek Md Said, Pontian District Youth Officer, Encik Mohd Iskandar Selamat, YDP of Pontian District Youth Council, Pulai Sebatang Fitness Sports Club team and Pontian district government officials.
The Opening Ceremony today is symbolic of the National Sports Day which will be celebrated on Saturday, October 9, 2021. The hope is that the people of Pontian district continue to practice a healthy, active and active lifestyle to enjoy a better quality of life. Not to be forgotten is the order for all Pontian district residents to comply with the Sports and Recreation Sector SOP for phase 3 which came into effect today.
